“Insurance for blocks of flats, residential management companies and right to manage companies” provides a helpful step-by-step introduction to insurance for blocks of flats and explains the different types of cover that might be needed.

The content was reviewed by FPRA honorary consultant Lord Coleraine, who devoted a considerable part of his time to leasehold reform while sitting in the House of Lords and is himself a leaseholder in a block of flats in central London where the residents have purchased the freehold.

* This offer is subject to availability and only available to UK residents over the age of 18. Only 1 printed copy of the FPRA guide will be mailed second class post to the first 100 people who request a copy by emailing marketing@deacon.co.uk before midnight on the 28th February 2016; requests must be made by email.
