Making a claim can be stressful and we understand that. Our claims team is just a phone call away and will deal with your claim as quickly as possible, guiding you step-by-step through the claims process. 

We appreciate making a claim is not a regular occurrence and we hope you find the following information helpful.

The amount of time it takes to receive all the relevant information we need to administer a claim can dramatically reduce or extend the time it takes to process a claim.

When you contact us please be prepared to tell us:

  • About you. Please be aware that because of our own policies concerning data protection we can only take instructions from either a) a person named on the policy; b) a person named on our file who we have been authorised to speak to.
  • The full name and address of the property or properties affected.
  • Your policy number (optional).
  • A description of what has happened.
