Deacon Customer Relationship Director Nigel Feast has been named among the leasehold sector’s “Hot 100” yet again.
That’s five years in a row, and every year since the list was first published in 2013.
Compiled by industry magazine News on the Block, the Hot 100 identifies the most influential people in the residential leasehold property sector. It includes campaigners, Parliamentarians, leaders of professional bodies, property management agents, freeholders, investors, developers, lawyers, and key people like Nigel whose work helps to provide essential services for the sector.
Nigel is recognised in particular for his technical insurance knowledge and ability to identify – and deliver – the key aspects of cover that underpin leasehold ownership, tenancy and management. He looks in depth at the detail and works with insurers, from whom he commands enormous respect, to be able to secure packages of cover best-suited to Deacon customers. Coupled with Deacon’s reputation for service, this is key to making Deacon, in News on the Block’s own words, “the ‘go to’ insurer for blocks of flats”.
