The amount of time it takes to receive all the relevant information we need to administer a claim can dramatically reduce or extend the time it takes to process a claim.
When you contact us please be prepared to tell us:
- About you. Please be aware that because of our own policies concerning data protection we can only take instructions from either a) a person named on the policy; b) a person named on our file who we have been authorised to speak to.
- The full name and address of the property or properties affected.
- Your policy number (optional).
- A description of what has happened.
