More than 800 property professionals came together for the prestigious awards ceremony at Wembley Stadium, where for the second consecutive year Deacon scooped the top prize.
With over 25 years’ specialist experience, Deacon impressed the independent judging panel and voters by demonstrating our innovation in key areas, including our award-winning claims service and commitment to putting our customers at the heart of everything we do. It is our relentless pursuit of excellence reflected in our ability to deliver outstanding customer service that was the deciding factor.
The votes from our customers makes this win particularly pleasing, in that it was not just down to the judges’ decision – our customers backed them up! A big thank you to the team for all their hard work, as always, throughout the year.
Deacon’s latest award follows the news earlier this year that Deacon’s Claim Team won ‘Broker Claims Team of the Year 2016’ (Insurance Times Magazine).
