Step 1. How to log in to AGENTlink
To access the AGENTlink portal simply click on ‘More information’ under Agents on the Deacon Home Page at www.deacon.co.uk. Then simply click on AGENTlink from the Agents home page at www.deacon.co.uk/agents
Step 2. Viewing policy records and claims history
Enter your unique user name and password when prompted. Your secure AGENTlink portal showing your policy records and claims history will open in a new window. To view all your active policies, click on Policy List and a new window appears.
Step 3. Your policy list and insurance policy claims history
From your policy list, to view an individual policy’s claims history, click on Claims and a window displaying the individual claim’s record will appear.
Step 4. Your claims list and details of individual claims
To view all your active claims, click on Claims List and a new window will appear. To view the individual policy’s record, click on More in the right hand column.
