The Federation of Private Residents Associations (FPRA), a not-for-profit national voice for residents’ associations, has teamed up with Deacon to prepare a guide to insurance for blocks of flats. The guide is available free to members of the FPRA, but we also have 100 copies to give away*!
Simply email us your address to firstname.lastname@example.org and put FPRA Guide in the subject header.
“Insurance for blocks of flats, residential management companies and right to manage companies” provides a helpful step-by-step introduction to insurance for blocks of flats and explains the different types of cover that might be needed.
The content was reviewed by FPRA honorary consultant Lord Coleraine, who devoted a considerable part of his time to leasehold reform while sitting in the House of Lords and is himself a leaseholder in a block of flats in central London where the residents have purchased the freehold.
